Mandarin Oriental, Boston is looking for an Overnight Residential Concierge to join our Residences team.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston within the Residences Department in Boston, Massachusetts, the Residential Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional service to all Residents and colleagues. The Overnight Residential Concierge reports to the Residential Manager.

As Residential Concierge, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Offering warm, sincere, and personalized welcome to all Residents and guests.
• Build relationships with Residents and identify personal preferences in each Resident’s record.
• Maintain records of requests, reservations, and confirmations.
• Respond to all Resident needs and requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

As Residential Concierge, We Expect From You

• Able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of local restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows, and attractions.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Multilingual is preferred.
• Previous luxury hotel or residence concierge experience is preferred.
