Position

Overnight Front Desk Sales Associate (Part-time)

Who You Are

As an Overnight Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests while ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” experience.

Responsibilities

• Work an overnight shift.
• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assist them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals in compliance with PCI policy.
• Regular cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities; maintain cleanliness of all areas including restrooms.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns (e.g., broken or missing equipment, leaky fixtures) as needed.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the club during shift.
• Ability to communicate in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Expected exposure to cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Ability to move, bend and twist to accomplish tasks.

This role is subject to successful completion of a background check after offer acceptance. All background screens will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
