Your Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions, and facilitate check-ins.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Manage membership functions including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing.
• Conduct tours and assess membership needs of prospects.
• Perform retail transactions and meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all club areas and amenities.
• Conduct safety and cleanliness walk-throughs and address issues promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns such as broken equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to communicate verbally in person and on the phone
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals

This role requires successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

Compensation

$14.50 per hour
