Overview

Overnight Crew Member at CA Planet — responsible for member service, front desk duties, and closing the shift with accurate bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, assisting callers with questions, checking members into the system, and processing new member sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours and facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude; punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, exceeding expectations.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities; diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
