Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars in a careful, efficient, and timely manner. Greet customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport with drivers.
• Direct traffic to maintain a clean, organized flow of cars with a positive attitude.
• Work with or without supervision; demonstrate a self-reliant attitude when needed.
• Promote excellent customer relations; provide a welcoming, professional experience for LAZ Parking customers.

You Are

• Dynamic: charismatic, energetic, and eager to help.
• Dependable: responsible and reliable.
• A good driver with a clean driving record; able to drive a manual transmission and handle customers’ property with care.
• Resilient under pressure; able to stay composed and focused.
• Effective communicator proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• A team player who can motivate others and collaborate well.

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience

• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Skills

• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Professional and effective communication.
• Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrates urgency and timeliness; strong interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods; ability to bend, stoop, and squat as needed.
