The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity, and accountability. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a highly active HR office. This position is responsible for greeting all visitors, employees, and applicants while providing administrative and organizational support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, along with a welcoming and engaging personality that reflects the Hyatt brand. Key Responsibilities: ·
Screen incoming candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers ·
Manage and maintain applicant workflows in Taleo ·
Support the onboarding process, including hiring and data entry in EIS ·
Maintain organized and confidential employee files (digital and physical) ·
Assist with event coordination for colleague engagement and HR initiatives ·
Provide payroll support, including timesheet verification and data accuracy checks ·
Partner with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations ·
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by our re-imagined cantina-themed restaurant, a 13,000 sq ft. indoor and outdoor oasis as well as The 5th Street Diner + The Royale Room. a street-side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents, and guests alike. This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Sienna – and 10,000 square feet of retail space and a 7,000 sq. ft. state of the art fitness center and simulator room, appropriately named the “T” Box.
