Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing three departments and overseeing 30 employees.
• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Schedule, communicate, and track performance as applicable.
• Handle conflict and/or improve department collaboration.
• Train new hires, onboarding, upskilling, or cross-training staff.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
• Experience in scheduling, performance tracking, and staff development.
