Job Overview

C4H Building Specialist LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Troy, Michigan. This role is vital in keeping our office operations organized and efficient, ensuring that both our team and customers receive the support they need. From processing timesheets and managing accounts to assisting the owner with daily administrative tasks, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of business. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) accurately.
  • Verify and process employee timesheets using T-Sheets (training provided if needed).
  • Assist the company owner with administrative tasks, including:
    • Preparing and processing invoices.
    • Notarizing waivers.
    • Following up with customers after project completion.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain organized records of communications, tasks, and employee/customer needs.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Strong customer service skills across phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Accurate and efficient typing and data entry skills.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Experience with T-Sheets is a plus (training will be provided).

Schedule
