Job Description

To provide administrative support for the Environmental Services department and manage the administrative office function.

Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pay Range: $19.17 to $24.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative support duties for Environmental Services.
  • Assigns and checks for work orders for the Home & Community Based Programs.
  • Coordinates department purchasing under guidance of the Environmental Services Manager.
  • Codes all invoices for review by the Environmental Services Manager.
  • Maintains inventory of all maintenance and housekeeping supplies.
  • Assists with responding to residents, vendors and staff, and independently giving information and handling inquiries when possible and as requested.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4 year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, includes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
