You are

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Tester to join our quality assurance team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting manual and automated tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and end-users to deliver high-quality business applications that meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include developing detailed test plans, performing various types of testing, managing defects, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation. Additionally, the Tester will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, recommend improvements to testing methodologies, assist end-users during UAT, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Develop detailed test plans, perform various types of testing, manage defects, and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to deliver high-quality business applications.
  • Assist end-users during UAT and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent years of relevant experience (5 years).
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).

Nice to have

  • Experience with MS Dynamics products with the client.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, Playwright).
  • Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Eligibility

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set and experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis with no fixed deadline.

The pay range for the states listed above is: $76,100 — $136,700 USD.
