Forklift Technical Trainer

Tri-Lift Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Forklift Technical Trainer to join our expanding Training & Development team. As a leader in providing top-quality material handling solutions, we require a dedicated professional who will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to our service technicians and customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all training delivered is comprehensive and up-to-date, empowering participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and service forklifts efficiently and safely. Develop, update, and maintain training materials and manuals for forklift operation and maintenance. Conduct hands-on training sessions on forklift mechanics and safety practices. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with compliance standards and internal certification processes. Monitor the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results. Coordinate with external training agencies or certifying bodies to facilitate outsourced training services. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress. Stay abreast of the latest industry techniques and technology in forklift operations and maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of forklifts. Proficient in designing and implementing effective training strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to teach complex technical concepts in an understandable manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning styles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
