Job Description

Are you ready to take your sales career outdoors? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative who’s passionate about connecting with people and eager to learn about our products and services. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and growing our brand presence in the local market. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and attending local events or trade shows.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, showcase our products or services, and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Closures: Negotiate and close sales deals in the field, managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring consistent coverage and engagement with customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, including lead progress, customer interactions, and sales pipeline, through CRM software.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights to the sales team and management.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information and deliver effective solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Drive & Motivation: A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently in the field while managing your own schedule.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Sales Skills: A willingness to learn sales techniques and apply them effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering value to customers through solutions that meet their needs.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Time Management: Able to manage your time and schedule efficiently to maximize productivity in the field.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to client meetings and manage the territory.
  • Previous Experience (Optional): While prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
