Join to apply for the Entry-Level Labor role at Sierra Pacific Windows. Currently open at our Burlington sawmill in Mt Vernon, WA. We are a third-generation family-owned company and one of the largest lumber and millwork producers in the United States. We offer opportunities for advancement and training within the plant site.

Entry-level positions pay $22.17 per hour. We train and promote from within. Excellent low-cost health benefits. Retirement plan with employer-paid contributions. Paid vacation and 10 holidays. This role provides opportunities to learn and explore many jobs within the plant, including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Learn to fill in on various machine stations in our sawmill and support production operations.
• Gain training with the potential for advancement within the plant.
