D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout, adapting programs to tailor them to each athlete. They monitor progress and stay connected with athletes as part of the best training environment in the industry.

Job Summary / Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams; deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
• Teach proper form and technique while keeping athletes safe.
• Assess and align each member with the proper program; build and maintain relationships with each D1 member.
• Deliver coaching across Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams with high energy, customer service, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

Compensation

Compensation: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
