Supreme HVAC is hiring a Duct Insulation Technician to work in our shop, applying insulation to fabricated ductwork before it’s shipped to job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, works well with their hands, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply insulation materials (such as fiberglass or foam board) to duct sections per project specifications
• Cut, measure, and fit insulation pieces using standard tools
• Secure insulation with adhesive, tape, and mechanical fasteners
• Maintain accuracy in labeling and ensure insulated duct is clean and job-site ready
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and timelines
• Assist with shop organization and material handling as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

• Prior experience with duct insulation or HVAC preferred (but not required – we will train the right person)
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
