Evening: January Winter Conditioning Runs: 5-7 miles - Seward Park Job at Mounta

Overview: We will follow a counter-clockwise loop for ~5.25 miles total distance with 312 ft elevation gain, following Shore Loop Road until the North Beach trailhead. We will then connect to a few of the inner park trails, then follow another partial loop.
Meeting location: Meet in front of the Seward Park Audubon Center (5902 Lake Washington Blvd South) in Seattle at [TIME], ready to run. No passes required. Bathroom available by Audubon Center and along the beach trail to the north.
Directions: From downtown Seattle, take I-90 east and get off at exit 3 for Rainier Avenue South. Turn right onto Rainier Avenue South and continue on this road for approximately 3 miles. Then, turn left onto South Orcas Street which will take you directly to the park. The Audubon Center is at the park entrance.

- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses; running-specific gaiters recommended

- Trail running shoes
- A small day pack suitable for trail running
