Assist residential and commercial sales managers with design, documentation, and selections related to lighting, shades, and other "environments" related systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support sales staff by preparing and revising quotes for lighting automation, shades, lighting fixtures, and other "environments" related systems being proposed.
• Assist clients in making selections related to motorized shading, automated lighting systems, low-voltage lighting fixtures, and other "environments" related systems.
• Prepare accurate technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to "environments" systems proposed.
• Support project managers to ensure complete and timely project communication with builders, homeowners, and the company.
• Ensure all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies for lighting and shade installations are accurately ordered.
• Coordinate with project managers to deliver shade and lighting orders to the project site efficiently.
• Assist tech crews with installation instructions when requested by sales.
• Document in-process and close-out changes, additions, or deletions to the projects.
• Independently develop new lighting/shading clients where possible.
