Physical Therapist - PRN - Five Points College Station

We have an exciting opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist in College Station. Join our dedicated team of professionals providing person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes for our residents.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to assess their physical condition.
• Interpret patient evaluations and test results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using various techniques.
• Create personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to alleviate pain, improve function, and promote healing.
• Ensure treatments adhere to the care plan.
• Monitor patient responses and modify treatments as needed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Attend required meetings as scheduled by the Director of Rehab.

Physical Therapist Skills

• Experience in SNF/Long-term care preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities.

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Active/Valid Texas Physical Therapy License.
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
