Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strategic data distribution schedules for various organizational levels.
- Utilize public and market data for strategic planning purposes, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze dataset trends, ensuring data validity and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide visual data representations to identify trends and anomalies using visualization tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Manage large datasets from health systems, electronic health records, and insurance claims, applying advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data insights.
- Stay informed on statistics and regulatory updates through literature and workshops, maintaining a high level of expertise in statistical and analytical tools, data visualization, and business intelligence.
- Communicate statistical findings to non-statistical audiences effectively, collaborating with team members and presenting statistical methods in seminars.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership, demonstrating adaptability to dynamic environments and tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools, data visualization, and business intelligence, with experience designing data analysis strategies and using big data platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations and standards.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data insights, with experience managing and analyzing large datasets, including EHRs and claims.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, with experience in Power BI and Electronic Health Record programs, especially Athena.
- Accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
