Position Overview

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse operations, from optimizing workflows and managing inventory to ensuring a safe and productive work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all inbound and outbound tire shipments.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff.
• Implement and enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse setting and proven supervisory or management experience.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution models. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Must be a results-driven leader with a strong ability to build and develop a team.
• Certifications & Licensing: Forklift certification is required. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
