Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $75,000 6% Annual Bonus

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations of a regional warehouse, leading a team of full-time and temporary staff responsible for picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and other tasks critical to order fulfillment. This role ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety while fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations and personnel, overseeing order processing, picking, packing, shipping, kitting, light production, and safety protocols.

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, maintaining proper staffing levels to meet company goals and performance metrics.

• Serve as primary point of contact for the Customer Service team regarding order processing inquiries.

• Oversee reverse logistics, including processing customer product returns.

• Develop and implement projects to improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and safety.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Establish and monitor goals and metrics for team members to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics/Distribution, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a similar environment.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AS400 is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.

• Capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
