This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing staff, equipment, and logistics. Position Overview:

• This role involves supervising warehouse operations, managing staff, equipment, logistics, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain high-quality standards during assembly, inspect products, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee shipping procedures and communicate with customers regarding shipments.
• Create work schedules, allocate tasks, and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide training for new and existing employees.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, conduct safety inspections, and address hazards.
• Monitor inventory levels, request materials, and ensure supplies meet demands.
• Address issues like equipment malfunctions or delays.
• Maintain records of production activities, quality control, and incidents.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing management, inventory control, shipping, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification (must pass test) and knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Completion of safety and company indoctrination programs.
