Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using warehouse technology. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse
  • Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
  • Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping
  • Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
  • Travel to various locations for training sessions or other work-related activities as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within HVAC or a related distribution industry
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
