Warehouse Coordinator – 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Overtime Required)

We are seeking a dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to lead our evening operations. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a team of 3–5 employees and ensuring the smooth execution of critical warehouse functions including unloading late deliveries, processing returns, performing cycle counts, and coordinating picking for production lines.

The ideal candidate is a working leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate 3–5 employees on the 2nd shift.
  • Unload and process late deliveries promptly.
  • Manage and document returns according to company standards.
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate picking activities to support production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
  • Communicate effectively with production and management teams.
  • Train and mentor employees to meet performance goals.
  • Work required overtime to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently scheduled hours.
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience with prior leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred).
  • Flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be forklift certified.
