Job Purpose
Our Warehouse Worker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that orders are pulled, packed, converted, shipped, loaded, and received accurately and free from visible damage or defect.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods and supplies into and around the warehouse to ensure on time delivery of goods and supplies.
- Deliver general warehouse tasks using various material handling equipment to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded with agreed procedures.
- Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records following established inventory control procedures.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Adhere to the organization’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to oneself and others in the workplace.
- Utilize and understand the warehouse operating systems to receive, print orders and locate inventory on the floor.
- Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Must be available to start work at 6:00 p.m.
- Experience operating a variety of material handling equipment (lifting platforms, forklift, pallet jack, hand trucks, etc.) required.

Pay rate of $22.11/hour.
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of related job experience.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong planning and organization skills are required.
- Warehouse experience required preferably working in a distribution environment.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
Working Conditions
- Regularly working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where exposure to cold, heat, damp or humid conditions may occur.
- Exposure to loud noise.
- Exposure to dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, twist and carry up to 50 - 75 pounds; manipulate up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment; operate skids up to 2,000 pounds using a pallet jack.
- Walking/Standing throughout the warehouse; standing when operating order picker or reach truck equipment.
- Sitting only when driving sit-down material handling equipment.
- Lifting items weighing a few ounces up to 150 pounds with assistance.
- Stooping and kneeling as needed to fill orders or put away products at floor level locations.
