3rd SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Department - Shipping/Receiving

Group - Warehouse

Direct Report - Warehouse Manager

Pay Range - Hourly, $20 - $23 plus $1 shift Differential

Responsibilities/Accountability Standards

• Basic Sanitation/Organization
• Inspect items stored in warehouse/shipping areas for cleanliness, signs of pests.
• Maintain order and organization for tools and consumables.
• Act in accordance with OSF Values (Trust/Respect/Care) described in OSF Employee Manual.
• Inventory Management
• Provide accurate daily inventory counts as per the inventory list provided by Business Operations Manager.
• Communicate needs, shortages, and concerns with the manager daily.
• Ensure easy access to consumable items like boxes, containers, labels, etc.
• Assist shipping and receiving department
• Loading and unloading trucks at the docks.
• Inspect and sign for inbound shipments.
• Keep docks clean and unobstructed, ready for use at all times.
• Assist Processing Room
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials at trim stations.
• Move finished product pallets to cold storage and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain levels of production materials and consumables.
• Remove product waste when necessary.
• Assist Greenhouse
• Maintain production materials and consumables.
• Support loading/unloading delivery vans.
• Remove product waste from greenhouse when needed.
• ODA (Other Duties Assigned)
• Perform tasks across different OSF departments as needed, including Packaging/Processing, Warehouse, and Shipping operations.

Basic Job Requirements

• Prove at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operation skills; certification preferred.
• Legal status as U.S. Citizen, legal migrant, or permanent resident.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends if necessary.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.
• Receptive to criticism and coaching.

Physical Job Requirements

• Visual and color perception.
• Hearing and speech clarity.
• Ability to mount/dismount trucks and vehicles.
• Walk, bend, squat, crouch, kneel, reach.
• Repetitive hand use.
• Heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds frequently, and move up to 100 pounds.
