Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring an on-site Receptionist for our client in the financial services industry. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing administrative and operational support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate team members
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and conference room bookings
- Maintain and restock meeting rooms and client areas before and after appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support event and meeting setup, including catering and refreshments
- Perform light administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and expense reporting
- Help maintain a tidy and organized office, including shared kitchen areas
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative support professional
- Experience in financial services or a professional office setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Polished, business-casual presentation required
