Position Details

Under the direction of the Foreman, the Heavy Equipment Operator will operate various types of construction equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to, vermeers, gradalls, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, skid steers, dozers, graders, and compactors.

Location & Travel

Primarily based in Southeastern Wisconsin, projects may vary by location, requiring reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Class A CDL desired but not required prior to hire
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and dusty environments
  • Member or willingness to become a member of a Local Operators Union
