Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment as assigned for paving and road-building projects.
• Maintain reliable attendance and transportation.
• Meet company safety and performance standards.
• Travel within a 45-minute radius of Madison, depending on the project.
• Adapt duties daily based on project needs and weather.
• Complete pre-employment heavy-demand physical and drug testing as required.
