Job Details
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Start Date: Immediately
- Salary Range: $36.00-$40.00/hour

Position Overview
Heavy Equipment operators manage material-moving equipment, following schedules and instructions. Responsibilities include selecting and setting up cranes or lift trucks for safe hoisting of materials.
Essential Functions
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Ensure equipment and lift accessories are in good condition
- Determine load weights and prevent overloads
- Coordinate vehicle movements and secure cargo
- Support crane operations and communicate effectively on-site
- Maintain DOT logs and perform other duties as needed
Required Skills and Certifications
- Knowledge of machinery, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to operate large mobile equipment
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License and NCCCO certifications (TLL, TSS)
- OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability for lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various conditions
- Commitment to company values and professionalism
Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of heavy equipment experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class A CDL
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Willingness to travel and perform elevated work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently, perform outdoor work in all weather, and work overtime/weekends
- Pass drug tests and background checks
- Relocate to Kansas City, MO before starting
