Overview

Seasonal on-call Heavy Equipment Operators needed to join our winter crew in Comstock Park, MI. Operate heavy equipment to clear snow and support customers. This is a part-time, seasonal role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment and perform tasks to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Communicate effectively on on-the-job issues
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely
• Complete all required training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Professional commercial snow removal experience preferred
• Smartphone
• Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, agricultural tractors, tractors-trailers, and bulldozers preferred, but not required
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
• Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to work in extreme winter conditions

Benefits
