Position Responsibilities
Activities include operating earthmoving equipment, cranes, forklifts, small tools, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs. The environment is outdoors, often in extreme weather. Candidates should have good eyesight, hearing, balance, and physical strength. Crane operators must meet ASME/ANSI standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Constant sitting, reaching, grasping
- Occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, using hand tools
- Full vision including acuity, depth perception, and field of vision
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Ability to work in weather extremes, noise, and dust
- TWIC Card required
Preferred Experience
Minimum of five years of equipment operating experience with performance expectations met or exceeded.
