Heavy Equipment Operator – Immediate Hire (North Dakota)

We’re hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in North Dakota.

This full-time, permanent role starts within 2 weeks and offers steady hours with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, skid steers & more

• Perform site prep, excavation, grading, and remediation work

• Conduct daily equipment inspections & light maintenance

• Work safely in all weather and follow site plans

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years heavy equipment experience

• Valid driver’s license; must pass MVR, background, and drug screen

• Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic
