Wilson Connectivity is seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our product line under the weBoost brand. This is a pivotal role for an experienced product leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact consumer hardware products.

Responsibilities include owning the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation through launch and beyond. This includes gathering market intelligence, defining requirements, partnering cross-functionally, and driving successful go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for hardware solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and pricing dynamics.
• Hardware & Software Collaboration: Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define product specifications, technical constraints, and performance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to support successful product launches and sustained market performance.
• Lifecycle Management & Documentation: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, iteration, and retirement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hardware product management, ideally in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or connectivity-related sectors.
• Strong ability to synthesize market data and customer insights into product decisions.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Must be able to work on-site at our St. George, UT location.

A background check and drug screen is required upon accepting an offer of employment. Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
