Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Security and Hardware Technical SETA to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Program Manager (PM), guide and supervise research in secure software and hardware systems, coordinate technical reviews, and assist with development, integration, testing, and transition of prototype systems. Join our team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Work Location: On site, Arlington VA.

Travel: 10-20%

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in embedded hardware development, embedded systems programming, cybersecurity for embedded systems.
• Expertise in Secure Execution Environments (e.g., TEEs, TPMs), offensive and defensive cyber techniques including RE/VR, cyber red-teaming, and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.

Desired Experience:

• Mixed real/virtual testbeds (Live Virtual Constructive).
• T&E planning, infrastructure setup, and execution (CONUS and OCONUS).
• Contested/non-benign operational environments.
• Clandestine or covert cyber operations.
• Telco systems and operators.
• Agile development methodologies.
• SAPs/CAPs or other sensitive programs.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
