Job Overview

We provide the widest and deepest array of event rental products and services available to event professionals. Warehouse Associates are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, as well as stocking and storing production items in our warehouse for our Tents, Structures, and Flooring division under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor and/or the Internal Operations Assistant Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow best practices for safety.
• Assist with organizing equipment and supplies.
• Receive incoming shipments of new products.
• Conduct equipment quality control inspections.
• Pull equipment from inventory and tag for needed repairs.
• Assist with pulling and staging outgoing equipment according to work orders and packaging lists.
• Help load delivery trucks in an organized manner.
• Assist with off-loading returning equipment.
• Restock equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
