**Job Description**
DPR Construction is seeking a self-perform work project manager for Doors, Frames, Hardware, with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project.
Management will focus on self-perform projects within core markets such as healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial sectors. The project manager will collaborate with project team members, executives, and regional leadership, and will be responsible for:
- Managing project team members including senior project engineers, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinators.
- Mentoring, developing, and training project engineers for growth.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of project scope.
- Overseeing cost control, billing, collections, change management, cash flows, and monthly reports.
- Being the primary contact with owners and architects.
- Supporting the jobsite and self-perform work teams.
- Ensuring project completion, financial targets, customer satisfaction, and success factors.
- Coordinating planning and scheduling activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Prolog), accounting software (e.g., CMIC), and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera).
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within DPR’s core markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
