The ideal candidate for this role is a self-start, entrepreneurial-minded recruiter who has a great sense and process for finding top talents. They have done recruiting in other agencies or companies before. This person can bring best practices to our organization and our clients' recruiting process.

They will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate\'s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • Delivering a high white-glove experience to our clients and candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with our clients and the hiring managers.
  • Delivering effective candidate advocacy.
  • Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and evaluating candidates to determine fit.
  • Facilitating interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.
  • Managing the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams.

Process Improvement

  • Establishing best practices & processes, frameworks, and tools to help drive a more efficient and effective recruiting process that results in hiring the best talents in a short period of time.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve both the candidate experience and the recruiting process.
  • Continuously and independently seeking new ways to drive better results.

Soft Skills

  • Self-starter who can do well with limited structure.
  • Organized and have high quality for delivering any work.
  • Strong communicator both oral and written.
  • Enjoyed being part of an early- stage but growing company and helped shape that.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in leadership and executive (director and above searches)
  • Track record of hiring top talents in well-respected organizations.
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
  • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry.
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques.
  • Interested in being in a small business and helping shape it.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Past experience in recruiting product, engineering, marketing, and design talents.
  • Past experience hiring global teams.
  • Experiences in working for a recruiting agency.

Location

This is a remote role. You can work anywhere in the U.S. or internationally.

Compensation

This is a contract position and commission-based (% of each placement) in addition to the yearly bonus based on the business performance. The goal is to retain the recruiter long-term and convert to full-time.
