Job Opportunity

Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent doctor recruiter to join our growing team. Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and is looking for money-motivated, hardworking, driven individuals. The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience and demonstrated success recruiting doctors. You will report to the Vice President of Recruiting and will have a support team to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates, and draft marketing/social media posts to support open searches.

Responsibilities

  • Source & contact candidates through ATS, search tools, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.
  • Attend industry networking events, conferences, job fairs, and school events.
  • Build a large pipeline of viable candidates for current and future locations.
  • Screen and qualify candidates via phone and Zoom.
  • Present open job searches to candidates.
  • Match candidates with clients that are a good fit.
  • Manage a large book of client accounts.
  • Place a large number of candidates in open positions quickly.
  • Manage multiple accounts and client relationships.
  • Assist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start date.
  • Maintain and expand strong relationships with networks of doctors (ODs & MDs) and with clients.
  • Serve as a consultant to both candidates and clients.
  • Interact with internal and client leadership teams to advise on market trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and provide daily & weekly reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive company results.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ years of proven positive results as a doctor or physician recruiter (Optometrist / Ophthalmologist experience preferred).
  • Must have work experience in an agency setting or 3rd-party doctor recruiting company.
  • Experience with heavy cold calling (phone, email, text, LinkedIn).
  • Self-confident and driven with the ability to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly.
  • Ability to be persuasive and overcome objections.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to close candidates in negotiation phases.
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Microsoft Office experience and LinkedIn experience.
  • Money motivated with drive, motivation, and follow-through to meet goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a significant impact on growth.
  • Passion for providing outstanding candidate and client support.
  • Hungry to deliver positive results and money-driven.

Compensation

  • Competitive Salary + Results-based Large Uncapped Commission.
  • Commission is a large part of this package.

Additional Details

Our home office is located in New York. This position will be full-time remote and will require paid domestic travel 5% of the time or less. Travel will be for industry events and company meetings.
