Base pay range
$93,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leadership to execute strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables and effective stakeholder engagement
- Develop comprehensive workforce analytics and reporting including headcount metrics, KPI tracking, engagement data, and executive reviews to provide actionable insights for HR decision-making
- Oversee talent management processes including tracking high-potential employees, supporting succession planning efforts, and analyzing workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure consistent, welcoming experiences that align with company culture while collaborating with managers and training teams for optimal role readiness
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and providing support for audit processes as required
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies including planning HR-led events, coordinating surveys and focus groups, and establishing feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in workplace culture
- Maintain and update HR communication platforms and systems while providing operational support for various HR programs and change management initiatives across assigned functional areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related business functions
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with demonstrated knowledge of employment law, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations practices
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce data analysis, HR metrics reporting, and using HRIS systems to generate insights that support strategic decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and facilitate effective change management processes
