The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Tsunami Express operates 70+ express car wash locations across Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Wisconsin, with aggressive plans to expand to 100+ locations over the next three years. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Help ensure HR processes are in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Organize and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR support role preferred.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a wide range of roles.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- On-call availability expected for urgent support.
