What You’ll Do

• Lead With Purpose – Oversee all HR functions including safety, legal compliance, recruitment, training, compensation, retention, benefits, and labor relations.
• Champion Safety & Wellbeing – Cultivate a proactive safety culture through training, monitoring, and reporting. Serve as the plant’s Safety Representative and manage workers’ compensation with a focus on cost mitigation and care.

• Be a Strategic Partner – Join the Local Leadership Team and collaborate across departments to align HR initiatives with business strategy. Foster strong relationships with union representatives and management to ensure smooth contract implementation.

• Attract & Grow Talent – Design smart, cost-effective recruitment strategies to bring in top talent. Partner with staffing agencies and VMS to meet evolving workforce needs. Elevate front-line leaders through training and development programs that support a high-performance work system.

• Drive Total Rewards Excellence – Ensure fair and competitive compensation systems for hourly and salaried employees. Administer benefits, guide employees through enrollment, and promote wellness initiatives that support a thriving workforce.

• Stay Ahead Of The Curve – Ensure full compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws, as well as Menasha’s ethics and policies. Be ready to take on additional responsibilities that make a meaningful impact.
