Responsibilities

• Accurately process guest orders to ensure proper recording of sales.
• Handle all monies and tender accurately to ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
• Properly bag guest orders, place in cart or hand to guests, and follow carryout practices.
• Work well with team members to grow the community.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Direct guests into lanes to maintain flow and achieve the guest arrival standard of no more than two guests waiting at one checkout lane.
• Maintain cash controls and procedures to prevent shrinkage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Successful use of math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to retrieve and push shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
