Wage includes $18.00 an hour base pay + $1.00 an hour differential on overnight shifts. Requires reliable transport to stores throughout the Treasure Valley. Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco. Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 an hour.

The Cashier Floater provides coverage for stores based on staffing needs due to PTO, vacant positions, training schedules, etc. You travel to and work in different store locations with the understanding the schedule may change daily. This position offers exposure to a broader customer base and the opportunity to work with different store teams. Cashier Floaters are empowered to resolve customer issues and assist team members in delivering the best possible experience. Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide fast and friendly service and accurate product information; build awareness of products and services.
• Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, applying applicable discounts/promotions while following all laws regarding restricted sales.
• Reconcile daily paperwork and complete daily deposits when covering shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including pumps and islands.
• Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
• Meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, bending, and pulling items.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and talk and listen.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds.
• Work in conditions that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals from gasoline and cleaning products.
