What you’ll do

• Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures (safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations).
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and guiding self-service technology; process member purchases and assist with payments according to policies.
• Ensure a clean, neat, and member-ready area; zone and organize merchandise; support at registers and self-checkout as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

Benefits and pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.
