Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular and Consistent Attendance
- Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business
- Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business
- Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business
- Ensuring the janitorial closet area is clean, organized and stocked with needed supplies
- Expected to use equipment such as vacuums and compactor
- Reporting any facility damage found to the General Manager
- Responsible for securing and reporting any found items to management
- Maintain building security in keeping doors secured and alarm set and disabled as required (if applicable)
- Ensure all non-public areas are secure including arming, disarming and general operation of the alarm system
- Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods
- Have knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures
- Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination
Pay Scale Information
$14.50/hr

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prior janitorial experience preferred
- Education/Experience: Prior janitorial experience preferred
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None
- Language Ability: Effectively communicate in both oral and written form with management staff
- Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, evaluate information, and implement solutions with minimal supervision
- Work Environment: Moderate noise level; reasonable accommodations available
- Physical Demands: Frequent standing/walking; ability to lift up to 60 pounds; vision requirements
