Responsibilities

• Clean and service client properties to keep them in the best shape possible.
• Assist patrons or customers in a friendly and engaging manner when requested.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery as required.
• Perform tasks that may be repetitive with accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions.
• Some positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Effective communication skills with customers, patrons, and employees.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks that can be repetitive.
• Ability to work in various working conditions (cold weather, rain/snow, heat) for extended periods.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors.
• Ability to climb ladders, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to grab, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead, and operate equipment frequently and repetitively during working hours.
