Job Skills / Requirements

We have an open commercial cleaning position in Sevierville. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in an office building, including private offices, conference rooms, and kitchens.

• Schedule: 2.5 hours weekly, once a week on Friday after 5 pm or any time Saturday or Sunday.
• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, pass drug test and background check. Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, etc.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, pick up larger objects.
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partitions, sweep and mop, clean toilets and urinals.
• Other duties: empty trash, replace liners, spot clean glass and windows, dust vents, and hard-to-reach areas.

• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Organize assigned areas, keep janitor's closet clean, and separate laundry.
• Use communication book for supplies and facility updates.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
