Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Respond to on-call cleaning requests promptly and efficiently, adjusting work priorities as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a consumer support services or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations related to janitorial work.
• Certification in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with supervisors and team members.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
