We are seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Belmont Behavioral Health , a leading provider of acute healthcare services. Belmont Behavioral Health System , a six-story, state-of-the-art hospital has 252 patient beds and offers high quality and specialized programming options for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults who are in need of treatment that embodies true clinical excellence and proud to offer the following levels of care: Partial hospitalization services (PHP) Child Inpatient Program Adult Inpatient Program Adult Co-occurring Disorders Program Older Adult Inpatient Program General PHP Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Care Program Outpatient Psychiatry (for all ages) Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy), psychoanalysis, hospitalization and/or medication. Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required. One or more years post graduate degree practice preferred. Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.
